  • A master’s degree in management with specialization in HR with multiple HR certifications
  • At least 5 years of experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • Startup experience is a must
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation, communication, problem solving and social skills
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
