- Ensure employee satisfaction at every moment and enable remote working

Requirements:
- A master’s degree in management with specialization in HR with multiple HR certifications
- At least 5 years of experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Startup experience is a must
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation, communication, problem solving and social skills
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
